- The item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free from stains, perfume, or damage
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale
- Products that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery
- Customized or altered dresses (if applicable)
3. Return Process

Once approved, instructions for return shipment will be provided.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected

- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for:
- Size issues
- Defective or incorrect items
