  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from stains, perfume, or damage

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Products that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery
  • Customized or altered dresses (if applicable)

3. Return Process

  • Clear photos (if the item is defective or incorrect)

Once approved, instructions for return shipment will be provided.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
  • If approved, the refund will be issued within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for:
  • Size issues
  • Defective or incorrect items

6. Shipping Charges
